The long wait for the Longford Senior Tennis Open is over. Entries are open for this year's open, and it's going to be a fantastic week of Tennis! 🎾 Women in Sport – Parks Try Tennis Programme 🎾
Looking for a fun, social way to get active?
Our Women in Sport Beginner Tennis Programme is the perfect place to start!

📍 Location: Maree Community Tennis Courts, near Oranmore, Co. Galway
📅 Dates: Starts 11th May 2026
⏰ Time: Mondays, 7–8pm
💶 Cost: €20 for the full 5‑week programme

Whether you’re completely new to tennis or returning after a break, this programme offers a relaxed, inclusive and non‑competitive environment.
Qualified Tennis Ireland coach Mike Geraghty will guide you through the basics, help build your skills, and ensure you feel confident and welcome on court.
