Aerial Gymnastics is a recreational gymnastics club for ages 5–15, offering disciplines in beam, power, vault, and floor. We focus on developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence.

🎃 Lots of Halloween fun at Aerial Gymnastics! 🤸‍♀️👻

Our amazing gymnasts — kids aged 5 to 15 — had a brilliant time this week showing off their skills in their Halloween outfits! 🧙‍♀️🕸️

Our weekly recreational classes help children build strength, coordination, balance, and confidence — all while learning new skills, developing focus, resilience, and social skills, and having plenty of fun. We’re so happy and proud to be part of such a fantastic, supportive community for our young gymnasts. 💪✨💕

We’re off for the next two weeks — the Dolmen Centre will be used for elections next week, and then it’s Halloween weekend — so we’ll see everyone back on the first Friday of November! 🗓️
