Are you heading up to Loughcrew for the official morning of the Autumn Equinox?

If so, I will be running a 75 min Yoga class in Benny's Workshop shortly after the sunrise. Asana, Pranayama and meditation.

This is a mixed level class, but is suitable for beginners too.

🕑 8.45am. 🗓️ Wednesday 23rd Sept. 👛 12 yoyos.

The coffee shop will be open, and there is such a beautiful buzz around the place on the first morning of the Equinox.

When Steph first asked me to co-host a mini Yoga retreat, I immediately said yes. Then I found out that she would be cooking… and then I discovered we’d be gathering in a beautiful 16th century castle. As someone who loves good food and old-world charm, I was completely sold!

Steph and I have been going to each other’s Yoga classes for a while now, so it's really exicting to create and host something together.

New Yoga term y'all 🪻

My next 6 week block begins Thursday 21st May, 7-8.15pm at . Booking link is in my bio.

As summer gets going and life gets busy, this may be our last chance to practice together before the autumn. Future summer classes will depend on interest.

This Thursday is our final class of the current block. I'll be bringing tea, treats and a longer meditation after class if you'd like to stay afterwards to relax and have a bit of craic.

Question! What do Yoga and my dog have in common?

Answer: Every day I wake up and I think I couldn't love them any more than I do already. Then I wake up the next day and find out - that's simply not true!

Every teacher that I encounter, student that I meet, friend that I make, people that I train with, class that I take, scripture that I study....makes me fall in love with this practice more and more.

Different perspectives, offerings, styles and lessons. We are never done learning with Yoga. In fact, the longer I practice it - the less I know! And I love that.
