We finished our season last night with a tough game against Ballingarry in the Shield Final. We got off to a great start finding ourselves 2 up inside the first 10 minutes with goals from Jack Young and James Kennedy.
We played some great football and added further goals from Harry O’Grady and 2 more from Jack Young. A great way to finish the season and thanks to Ballingarry for a great game.
After we went to Superbites where Jack Young was announced Man of the Match and James Kennedy was named our player of the Season. Thanks to all the players, coaches and parents and looking forward to new Season already ⚽️🏆💪

Giving a plug to the Rugby Club fundraiser. 2 of our own Coaches Steve Mullenger and Jason Cummins are involved in the Newcastle West Rugby Club for many years.

We in Newcastle West Tidy Towns love the place we call home. And we get great satisfaction from our work to make it a wonderful place to live and visit. Tonight that meant tidying in Boherbue, St Ita’s Terrace and around the back of Fuller’s Folly as well as garden work at the rose bed on St Mary’s Terrace.
