The team of fully qualified coaches with fitness background. We are the Rhythmic Gymnasts in the pasts, trained and compete Nationally and Internationally represented Lithuania and Latvia. We are qualified Level 2 All Gymnastics Disciplines and Regional RG Judges. The knowledge of biomechanics helping us to teach gymnast in a healthy and safe way and also educate young gymnasts about their body posture. Garda Vetted and complying with Safeguarding requirements.
