9 YEARS OF EVOLVE.
GOING INTO YEAR 10.
I have told my story many times and how Evolve gym started but to be still here 9 years later heading into year 10 and to be still growing and helping so many kids, teens and adults and providing an environment for people to try to better themselves is mind blowing.
I remember the day I got the keys. I remember the first song I played in an empty space. I remember the cleaning, purchasing equipment and putting the gym together and this has never stopped over 9 years. I now work 7 days a week and have 2 units side by side in the heart of Newbridge where we are still delivering help and coaching to anyone who comes through our doors. I don't want to waffle, but you just don't know how thankful I am to everyone who has helped me get here. It's not easy. It's getting harder, but I wouldn't change a thing.
I appreciate you all so much and I try my hardest every day to deliver the workouts and coaching that you all deserve and you should all be so proud of yourselves for making the effort to be fitter, healthier, stronger and happier. It's a tough world out there, and nothing is easy, so keep being awesome and be the best version of yourself you can be.
