I offer lifestyle coaching and nutrition advice to aid you in choosing the correct food types for your body in order for you to eat a healthier diet which will assist you in achieving your goals. Using proven exercise techniques in conjunction with nutrition education you will loose or gain weight or muscle in accordance with your goals whilst improving your fitness levels and develop a stronger body and mind for a functional lifestyle. Coaching, nutrition advice and exercise sessions are confidential and take place in a private personal training studio on a 1-1 or 1-2 basis depending on the clients needs and wishes. First consultation is free and usually takes about 30 minutes in person at the studio.

PODCASTS

I regularly listen to various podcasts particularly in the car or when out for a walk. They are a great way to gain knowledge instead of listening to the mind numbing crap on the radio. I also notice that it makes driving a lot less stressful as you're concentrating on the information.

Anyway I recommend this one. It's hosted by Abel James - "the fat burning man" and his guest speaker Jackie Warner has some very useful information for anyone just looking to make a change.

Remember, it's never to late to improve how you feel about yourself. All it takes is the desire to want to change. Enjoy 😊.
