Bank holiday Saturday (tomorrow) in Murray's Bar we have our final push to get funds for the team to head to the ISKA world championship in Madrid in November🙏
A great night planned with a beat the bag challenge, a catch the balloon challenge and of course Tina and the Karaoke crew entertaining us all🙏
I (John) will set the beat the bag challenge marker and whoever can beat my score will receive a full year of training free from myself and Celtic Dragon KBX, 30 seconds, as many scores as possible, sounds easy enough right🤔
Who wants a go😉
See ye in Murray’s from 9pm ish🤘🤘 fansCelticdragonkbxkickboxingKBX Kickboxing.Xpro SportswearPintados Ireland/Pintados StickboxingJohn FitzgeraldNew Ross Standard3D Printing New RossNewross Ju JutsuAim-AtQuantum AutosYvonne DavittNewross TaxiCumas New RossSt. Michael's Theatre New RossLeanne MoranGary GilchristHayley MurphyTracianne MooreLee Kiely@

One last outing for the team just popped up, a local show in Waterford, hosted by ICO and featuring Light contact kickboxing and kick light, point system and extreme forms as well as a team event and a pad blast option.
All info available on Kihapp app, don’t register unless you speak to me first🙏
I will be chatting to any potential competitors tomorrow at training from 12-2pm. I won’t accept texts anymore, I’ll tell you if and when you are fighting when I see you in the gym😁
Sparring tomorrow is a full day of fights with similar weights, so I want all the team in with full gear (wear your groin guards) and ready to go for 12pm🤘CelticdragonkbxkickboxingKBX Kickboxing.Xpro Sportswear@top fans

Not long now till New Ross gets to take on the challenge of getting bragging rights on who’s the best🤘
A beat the bag challenge, 30 seconds to get as many scores on the bag, 1 point for punch, 2 points for a kick🙏
We will also have a ‘Catch the Balloon’ challenge, with Murray’s bar kindly sponsoring the prizes of free b**r or shots for anyone that catches the balloon.
Tina and her Karaoke crew will be there too to entertain the masses, so it’s going to be a great night not to be missed🙏
All proceeds will go to help Celtic Dragons top tier team, Team Kaiju International Fight Team, fund this coming world championship in November and for our journey to build a bigger team for next year🙏
We at Celtic Dragon KBX thank each and everyone that supports us on a regular basis, we appreciate it so much as a team and we will bring ye home the glory to New Ross🙏

Great junior and senior sessions tonight🙏 working blue belt line drills to start, power drills on the bags, defensive drills with the pads and a bit of touch sparring to end the night🙏
A huge appreciation to Carley and Leon, 2 junior fighters who help out in the younger class when they can and of course to our resident black belts Lee and Summer fit all the work they do on a daily basis🙏
Sparring class tomorrow night after Open bag at 6-7pm🙏
Oh, and watch this space, I hope to bring Xma and forms training back to the schedule soon😉 let me work on that for a bit😉
