Fencing Ireland is delighted to present this one-day workshop designed to empower teenage female fencers- on and off the strip. Join us on January 31st for fencing-specific strength & conditioning, fencing skills, performance mindset training, female athlete health, and more.

Munster Blades is delighted to announce a new 8 week adult fencing course. This course will be a great introduction to fencing for beginners, but all levels are welcome. The course will run on Mondays from 7-8 pm at St Marys Secondary School Gym in Nenagh starting on September 15. Equipment will be provided. Places are limited and preregistration is required. Fencing is a dynamic sport that sharpens both mind and reflexes. It is a sport that can be enjoyed at any age. Often called "physical chess," it trains strategic thinking, agility, and balance, all in a fun and social environment. Whether you are picking up a blade for the first time, or returning to it later in life, fencing is an engaging and enjoyable way to relieve stress and challenge yourself in a unique sport.
