Gents National Inter-County Championship
Result ⛳️

Tipperary Gents & Ladies Teams both finished in 5th place, wasn't the weekend they both wanted but well done to them on some great scoring and play over the weekend ⛳️🇺🇦.

Tipperary’s Stephen Shoer was presented with the Gold medal for the best overall 36-hole Gross Singles score of the weekend. Shoer followed Saturday’s 47 (−7) with a brilliant 42 (−12) on Sunday for an outstanding total of 89 (−19). Well done Stephen on your great play not the medal he wanted known Stephen but superb display of scoring over the weekend!

Best wishes to Stephen Shoer, Brian Cahill, Tim Crowe, Margaret Forde and Margaret Hennessy who represent Tipperary at the national inter county championships at Navan this weekend.
Best wishes also to Dean Courtney who is part of the gents management team .
We wish both Tipperary teams the best of luck in their quest for national honours.

Tough days work on the Greens ⛳️🔹️

Top dressed for a 3rd time after the hollow coring⛳️ 🔹️

Brushed before & After⛳️ 🔹️

Dragged and swept for a finish⛳️ 🔹️

Granular feed mixed in ⛳️🔹️

Great work by Stephen & Paul snr today again this is priority work that has to be done to keep the greens in top condition all year round, the coring will help with oxygen getting to the root zone and drainage over the winter months, the sand will give a great level base on top and firm surface over the winter months once applied every few weeks, the dew is starting back again so make sure your greens are kept as dry as possible during the winter months by keeping them swished and apply wetting agents! 👍⛳️

Best of luck to our inter club team of Stephen Shoer, Sean Crowe, Gary O'Neill, Patsy Farrell, Brendan Shinnors and Eamonn Ryan as they play in Bruff tomorrow in the qualifying rounds of the national inter club.
Riverdale will play opposite the hosts Bruff commencing at 9 30.
There will be 6 teams to qualify from Bruff for the finals in Lucan, Dublin in late October.

Course will remain closed tomorrow due to the hollow tining of the greens and extra work tomorrow 👍⛳️Will reopen Sunday ...
