While we aim to respond to our fans within 24 hours, some responses may take longer and some customer queries cannot be discussed publicly on Facebook. For individual queries, please contact our Aura Leisure Navan Team on (046) 907 9950. Our lines are open during the centre’s normal operating hours which you will find in the ‘Find Us’ section. We want all our fans to be able to express their opinions freely and feel comfortable entering into debate and discussion. Taking this in to consideration, we reserve the right to delete any comment, at any time, including any of the following:

* Comments, links, images or videos that encourage illegal activity.
* Comments that threaten any person, organisation or company.

* Posts that may be offensive to other community members.
* Successive off-topic posts by a single fan.
* Repetitive posts copied and pasted or duplicated by single or multiple fans.

* Any materials that infringe upon the rights of any third party.
* False comments or claims about Aura Leisure or any of its competitors.
* Comments containing personal information.
* Comments related to any ongoing legal matter
