Meet Mario 👋

Mario joined RGA as a complete beginner just eight months ago. Since then, he’s been learning, training consistently and recently picked up a NAGA championship belt in the youth white belt division.

Competition isn’t the goal for every teen who walks through our doors but Mario’s progress is a great example of just how far you can come in a relatively short space of time.

In this video, we caught up with him about starting Jiu-Jitsu, competing and what he’s learned so far.

Our Teen Jiu Jitsu classes are open to complete beginners and experienced students alike.

Meet our over 35’s coach Sean O’Neill

Seàn is an RGA Brown Belt who started training Jiu-Jitsu with us 11 years ago as a beginner in his 40’s!

Our 35+ Fundamentals Programme is designed specifically for beginners who want to train properly and safely from day one. Start Jiu-Jitsu alongside people your own age and experience.

The programme starts April 7th for 8 Weeks in our Navan gym on Kennedy Road and is priced at €100
