First session of 2023. 🏐 Great fun session - thank you Coach Davey. Target practice was very motivating 😂
Training is Monday nights 8-9 in Daingean Sports Hall. If you are looking for an hour of good company, great laughs and a bit of exercise then this is the group for you.
New members always welcome - zero football experience needed.

****Calling all past , present and new members****
This coming Monday night, 5th September at 7.15pm join us for a game of rounders in Daingean Gaa field followed by a chat and a cuppa in the Sports Hall. This is to get the ball rolling again after a little break from training the last few weeks! So if you were with us from the start or if you haven't been to training in a while or if you have been thinking about joining and been putting it off come along on Monday night to see what it's all about!!

This Friday we will be playing a match as part of the Daingean Homecoming Festival. If you have thought about joining us why not come along and see what its all about! G4M&OS is all about having a laugh and a bit of craic all while learning how to play football, the majority of us never knew how to play when we 1st started out so don't let the fact that you may have never kicked off ball before put you off!!
