Johnstown ABC

Amateur boxing Club based in Navan that provides classes for keep fit, non contact boxing & contact boxing for both childern and adults. Boxing for kids age 6+, €10 per week
● Improves co-ordination & balance
● Builds confidence & motivation
● Develops stronger bones & muscles
● Keeps kids active
● Teaches respect
● Sharpens concentration & energy

Every weekday (except Thursday

) 6pm - 7pm & Sat 12:30pm - 1:30pm

Adults Boxfit Classes €7 pay as you go
(Offers will come and go so keep an eye out or ask inside)

This class is a mixture of:
- Insanity, circuit training, core, TRX, & Non contact Boxing (Pads & Bags)
- Experience a high intensity full body workout.
● Builds fitness & confidence levels fast
● Great to release stress and aggression
● Good for body, mind & soul
● Increases concentration & energy levels
● Builds muscles

Every weekday 7pm - 8:30pm, Saturday 12:30pm - 1:30pm

Full Contact boxing is provided to those interested.
● Provides training, techniques, sparring, school boxing, ect

Roo's 121 Boxing Training is run by Johnstown ABC Boxing Head Coach Philip Rooney. Using boxing training including cardio exercises, pads, bags and combination exercises classes are intense and designed to help people lose weight quickly.

Numbers have been very poor over the last few weeks. There's extra cost involved in running out of Navan Rygby Club. I'm are going to give it another 2 weeks and unless it picks up I'll have no other option but to wind it down until we get the new premisses next year. Thanks to all those who have supported us.

Our time in the current clubhouse has come to a conclusion...but the show will go on. Classes will now take place in Navan Rugby club beside the Ardboyne Hotel.

Times as Follows:

Kids Mon 5-6pm; Wed 6-7pm; Thurs 6-7pm & Fri 5-6pm.

Adults: Wed 8-9pm; Thurs 7-8pm & Fri 7-8pm.

All ready for training tonight thank to sarah (Lukes Mam) for the photo Luke comes week in week out and has improved so much well done like most of our regulars please get behind our club project to build a new club anybody taken part in events please keep our club in mind for much need donations. Phil has put his heart and soul into this club and a forever home for the club is much needed anyone looking for sponcer cards for our 2km and 5km run please an keep eye on our page in the next coming weeks
