Navan Run Club. Welcome to the (Navan Run Club) NRC A.C. page. We are an Athletics Ireland affiliated running club based in Navan, Co.Meath. New members are always welcome.

On Monday evenings we train at Claremont Stadium track in Navan between 8pm-9pm where we do speed work. On Thursday evenings we alternate & meet in Blackwater Park or the Ardboyne Hotel car park at 7pm, where we usually do a mix of easy or tempo runs around Navan for about an hour. We provide training plans for specific races, but for those not training for any races or looking to just stay fit o

ur club has something for everyone. For those who like long weekend runs - on Saturday & Sunday mornings some of us meet up for a long run which can be between 10-15 miles or longer when training for a marathon and we always top off our long runs with the traditional post run coffee and bun and chat. If you're interested in joining our club, please drop us a message. We recommend doing a few try-out training sessions with us before joining.
