On Saturday KMG Ireland hosted a Practitioner Grading for clubs all across Ireland.

The test was physically and mentally taxing covering: striking, defending and counter striking, ground fighting and defences, defending weapons, determination drills and more.

I was proud to see Naas Krav Maga students promoted and want to congratulate everyone that took part.

Great work on Wednesday night by the team. We got some good rounds in, we worked on sparring defensive & aggressive mindsets and pushed the pace.

Two solid days of training and learning at our recent Krav Maga training camp.

We came together to sharpen techniques, build skills and test ourselves in near realistic scenarios designed to improve reactions under pressure.

Across the weekend we focused on striking, defensive tactics, movement, ground survival, standing releases and clinch based striking.

Well done to everyone who stepped onto the mats. A big thanks to Aidan Ahmet and KMG Ireland Krav Maga for a fantastic weekend!

Some of the Naas Krav Maga team came out to HQ for the seminar on Sunday.

We worked on posture and positioning, keeping distance, what happens from connected and clinch positions including how to escape, fight and take the back.

NO CLASS TONIGHT!

Hi Team - the plan for this week is ground fighting skills and chokes releases on Tuesdays. On Wednesday we recap on hair & clothes grabs followed by sparring rounds.

We are now preparing for June gradings so try get to classes in and get the work done!
