Starting next week! From 8th September at Naas Sports Centre, Fitness League classes are effective, low impact exercise classes to music, suitable for all ages and abilities, led by a fully qualified teacher. Each class encompasses full body movement focusing in particular on strengthening the core and increasing mobility, flexibility and muscle tone. Naas Hockey Club is hosting a free taster session for junior infants, senior infants, and first-class students. This is a perfect opportunity for your child to try hockey in a fun and encouraging environment..

When: Sunday, Sept 6th, 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Where: Naas Sports Centre, Caragh Road

Just bring:

Gumshield

Shin pads

Water bottle

Hockey sticks will be provided.

How to register: This is a free session but register your child’s attendance by emailing [email protected].

Let your child build confidence, learn new skills, and make friends while playing this enjoyable, non-contact sport. We look forward to seeing you there!

SEPTEMBER ACTIVITIES ARE HERE!🏐🥋

A new season is starting at Naas Sports Centre with plenty of ways for kids, adults and community groups to get active, meet people and enjoy sport this September.

✨ NEW activities include:
• The Fitness League– Tuesdays, 10:00am–11:00am
• Kangoo Club Marcela for Kids – Mondays, 5:00pm–6:00pm
• Kangoo Club Marcela for Adults – Wednesdays, 5:00pm–6:00pm
• Women’s Shed Walking Football – Thursdays, 11:30am–12:30pm

Plus, many of your favourite activities and clubs are back, including Naas Women`s Shed, Kids Klub Naas, Naas Taekwon-Do Club Ju Jitsu Self-Defence Bushido Club, Lilywhite Wheelers and more
