Our Teen Course is now available in a monthly membership or a pay-as-you-go option. Ideal for teens aged 12 to 16, they will learn to look after their joints and build strength. Of course, we also do cool stuff like handstands and pull-ups!

Mobility isn’t about stretching. It’s about strengthening your joints, which is essential for daily life, sports, and managing pain. It's also super important if you’re lifting weights.
The Mobility for Men class is open to every guy, whether you’re active or not, to help improve your quality of life by understanding what your body can do.
I’ve gotten some great feedback from clients so far! Since men-only classes aren't too common, I’d love for you to help spread the word. I truly believe any guy could gain a lot from this.

I am so excited to announce my first-ever Arm Balance Workshop! 🤸‍♀️✨

We aren’t just “having a go”, we are diving deep into the precision and technique behind headstands, handstands, forearm stands, and everything in between.
