The annual Post to Post is on this Saturday – run, cycle & Kayak. We need a few helpers to cover traffic points along the route.

🏁Post to Post Adventure Race – Sat 6 Sept

📍 Check-in: Friday 1 Sept, 6–9pm at CLG na nDúnaibh clubhouse (F92 YV40). Collect race pack (number, wristband, goodie bag, top). No Saturday registration.

🎒 Mandatory kit: Basic first aid, foil blanket, bike helmet (puncture kit recommended).

🚲 Bike drop: After check-in, rack bike at Transition Zone 1 (24hr security).

🚗 Race morning: Parking signposted nearby. No parking in GAA grounds/R245.

📽️ Briefing: Watch competitor briefing video online before race.

⏱️ Timing: Use assigned wristband, tap at each timing station + finish line. Return wristband after race.

💧 Water: Carry bottle on bike.

⏰ Start waves: Between 7:30–8am. Check website Friday for your wave time.

📋 Course rules: Wear race number, follow signage + marshals.

Get your last minute registrations now!!

It’s all go here at Post to Post this week with our final preparations!
Please note that once registration closes over the next couple of days all information about the day will be sent to competitors.
You should have received emails if you have already signed up.

Check in takes place on Friday evening at Downings Gaa Centre.

PHOTOGRAPHIC ID- ID will be crossed checked with the name allocated to the race number & details.

MANDATORY KIT:
All competitors MUST have the mandatory kit at registration.
•Basic first aid kit (Minimum: 1 x Dressing Pad for heavy bleeding (field dressing), 1 x bandage, plasters)
•Foil blanket
•Bicycle helmet

Please ensure that you have your PHOTO ID & MANDATORY KIT with you as you will not be able to check-in without them.
