💯The exercise trains the entire dorsal muscle chain- the glutes , biceps femoris and lower back! This muscles stabilizes the spine which is important for the condition of the back, when you try performing the exercise with each leg, you will see asymmetries and imbalances in the body!

Its very important to wear right foot wear or stay in barefoot!

❤️These Special moments its once in a lifetime!

Becoming a mommy its one of the most wonderful expierence in life! It was my dream! And today I have 2 miracles! But its not about me today!

Its about my client first time soon to become a mommy! I wish to congratulate her with my whole heart and wish her family best! Who never stopped exercising, who never missed a session and always worked hard in classes looking for no excuses!

I adore and I love this passion ❤️

Is exercise really always the way to health? 🛑
Most people, in order to lose weight or improve their well-being, make one fundamental mistake – they rush to the gym, ignoring what they put in their mouths.

Imagine: your body is a house. If you try to build a huge, heavy superstructure (excess weight) on weak foundations (joints), and then add an intense load – the house begins to collapse. Joints wear out, the heart works overtime, and the body experiences enormous stress.

Why doesn’t exercise “work” when your diet is inadequate?
If you eat foods that cause inflammation, a real “storm” occurs in your blood. Toxins retain water, tissues become swollen, and you feel like you are “sitting in a puddle”. In this case, even the most intense workouts will not help – the weight will not fall off, and fatigue will only increase.

Rule number one - its nutrition! # 2 exercise 💪
First of all – nutrition. When you stop consuming inflammatory foods and start eating according to your immune system needs:
✅ Swelling disappears.
✅ Inflammatory processes subside.
✅ Weight starts to fall right before your eyes, without exhausting workouts!

When is the time to exercise?
Only when the body is cleansed and the inflammation subsides. And until then, the best exercise is walking, then start to add strength training classes or start personal training session which program will allow to adapt to your body without stress!
Walk as much as you can.
The speed is such that you don’t start to suffocate.
💯No force – just light, consistent movement.
Your body needs to heal, not suffer. Start by strengthening the foundation, not decorating the roof!

Let’s think logically!

Today, people have hundreds of choices when it comes to fitness who to trust with their money, their body, and their health!

Why on earth should they choose a trainer who is constantly looking for the easiest way out of their job?

Why should they pay money to someone who buys the cheapest weekend seminars just to get another worthless “paper” and pretend to improve their qualifications?

Clients are not stupid. They can sense when you’re guessing in the gym. They can see when you’re trying to “slip through” and avoid complex problems because you simply don’t know how to solve them.

💫What do you do when your feet, knees, hips or back hurts?

💫When choosing shoes, do we look at beauty or comfort?

💫Long standing or walking makes the feet tired and the venous nodes are compressed especially if the front of the shoes are narrow ! And the vertebrae of the spine are compressed! Imagine working long our on your feet and the shoes cant be flexible, so how much pressure spine faces! So first 3 pairs its only for an hour or 2 wear !

💯Sponge shoes you think they might be good for support but actually they can disbalance your stability, as with the time your feet will find a position and start press inwards which its affecting your knees and hips!

Don't be afraid what people say! Bc you are the only one who knows what your body went through after having kids! Be proud ❤️👇👇👇

I have a degree in Health & Exercise and Personal training University degree !
I spent 20+ years training my body as a professional athlete and 15 years working in fitness.

I thought I knew everything about how the body works.

Then 6 years back I gained 20 kg during second pregnancy, and through the pregnancy my muscles collapsed and developed diastasis recti! Muscle separation in my abs! Sounds nothing! But its seriuos when you cant turn on your side without holding your tummy!

Lower back pain.
A weak pelvic floor.
A belly that didn’t feel like mine anymore.

And every single thing I knew — stopped working.

One of the first things I noticed was anterior pelvic tilt — my pelvis tipping forward, my lower back overarching, my belly pushing out even when I wasn’t bloated. It looked like a posture problem. It was actually a deep core problem.

The intensity that built my body was now breaking it.
The exercises I trusted were making things worse.
For the first time in my life I had no idea where to start.

That’s when I found the missing piece.

Not more training.
Not more effort.
The deep core - the foundation I had never properly built in 20 years of sport.

When I learned to activate my transverse abdominis correctly - through breath, through slow intentional movement, in the right order - everything changed.

The back pain eased.
The belly came back.
The pelvic floor reconnected.
The pelvis found its neutral.
The body found its strength again.

Not the exhausted, pushed to the limit strength I knew before.
Something quieter. Deeper. More sustainable.

A body that works with you - not against you.

This is what I teach now.
Not because it’s trendy.
Because it’s what actually works 🙌🏻

The foundation always comes first.
Everything else builds from there.

But today im back & stand strong again!

Starting with + 10 kg !

Finishing with - 10 kg - 4 month later! STILL GOING STRONG!

Imagine having bad knees & hip arthritis and carying that extra 10 kg weight on your knee joints + pressure on your spine!

Most people blame a client’s sedentary work for their poor posture, but then they load them with weights on the barbell in the gym before they can even control their pelvis properly.

Sounds harsh? Maybe. But it’s one of the most common mistakes in the fitness industry.

We often point fingers at 8 hours in an office chair, rounded shoulders, and a “sleeping” butt.

However, when a client comes to the gym, we forget about adaptation and immediately want to give them a hard workout!

Loading weight on a dysfunctional movement is the most direct path to injury, not results.

If your client is unable to maintain a neutral pelvic position when squatting with body weight, extra pounds on the barbell will not solve the problem.

They will only force the body to look for compensatory mechanisms, usually through the lower back.

How to stop getting injured and start training?

Tests must be done before loading : Don’t let your yourself go under the bar until you’re confident in their basic mobility and stability.

My job is to teach my client Pelvic Control and that’s a priority!

Teach my client to feel and control their body in space.

If there’s no stability without weight, there’s no stability with 20kg on their shoulders.

Regress to progress: Don’t be afraid to take a step back. It’s better to perform a regressed movement with perfect technique and full muscle control than to “rip” the weights just for the sake of numbers.

Our job as trainers is not to simply tire someone out. Our job is to teach them to move correctly and rebuild what modern lifestyle has damaged. I’m a trainer who solves problems, not exacerbates them.
