An athlete's greatest risk of injury tends to occur when there is a sudden and/or dramatic spike in workload (volume and intensity). If you've made use your time during the off-season and pre-season you should be able to tolerate these sudden spikes. Once you have the work done of course. All your training is cumulative. It's a long arduous process, but in the end it determines your robustness as an athlete (your ability to tolerate the intensity and demands of training and competition). Hence why strength training is so important during these periods and through the season.
Off-Season --> Proactive
NOT Inactive!

Never just focus blindly on improving strength thinking that'll magically eliminate ACL injuries from knee valgus movements. Instead, ensure you're educating and ingraining high-quality movement proficiency and efficiency (e.g. jump-land mechanics).

This programme is tailored towards preparing club players for the demands of competition and achieving peak performance during the upcoming club championship!
Now is the time to give yourself the chance to increase strength, power, endurance, and reduce your risk of injury!
I'm looking for highly motivated individuals looking to take their game to the next level.

This offer inclues:

â­• Jump test
â­• Upper & Lower-Body muscular endurance test
â­• A programme designed based on the needs of the Player

The programme will consist of two gym sessions per week with a qualified S&C professional.
