Most boys are hesitant to join a dancing class, and believe me, I get it. No lad wants to be the only boy in the room or feel out of place amongst a sea of girls. This boys only fitness and agility class (ages 5+) is designed around games, circuits and teamwork, where lads can make friends, feel comfortable and just enjoy moving together. It’s about building confidence, giving them strength in numbers and letting the dancing naturally grow from there.

But between you and me, I’ll have them dancing in the end! 💪🏻💪🏻🕺🏻

Most boys are hesitant to join a dancing class, and believe me, I get it. No lad wants to be the only boy in the room or feel out of place amongst a sea of girls.
