Mountmellick Macra badminton club was reformed in 2011. We welcome players of any ability and experience.

Practice is held in Mountmellick Macra Hall on Wednesday evenings 8pm - message us for more info!

Thats definitely worth the price of a ticket of €5 per ticket or 3 for €10. Members will be selling Tickets this Saturday in Tirlan Mountmellick & are available from Committee members. Full proceeds of this years event will be donated to SOSAD Laois (Permit for raffle has been granted)

Laois Badminton Association are hosting an end of season social night in Portlaoise Golf Club on Saturday 24th of May.

We would love to see as many of you as possible from all our Laois clubs. Friends and family are welcome.

We will be presenting the prizes for winners and runner up of the Laois Mixed Tournament on the night 🏆

There will be finger food, a Dj and a raffle on the night. It’s €10 pp - cash on the door.

The committee looks forward to welcoming you all 🤗

Update from the Laois Mixed Tournament 🏸:

4 teams entered over the weekend.

Grade 7 team were runners up in the final 🥈.

6A team were runners up in the final 🥈.

Both teams will be representing the club in the Leinster club tournament.

Well done to everyone who played over the weekend, there was great matches played and very close results. 🏸

Thanks to Laois Badminton Association for organizing another great weekend.
