A lot of doing what is needed to be done and putting my kneck out. I am now blessed with a full-time lead role with one of, if not the best, high-performance coaching companies in the country while enrolled in a masters in Performance Coaching.

πŸ€• Personal Share: Before I delved deep into grappling, an accident fractured both my C5 and C6 discs. From that painful past, the journey of ensuring my neck's resilience began. The rounds, the pulls, the drags, the constant tussle of being controlled, submitting, or even using my head as a post - my neck has been through it all.

πŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈ Neck Training: It's not just about pumping iron. It's about understanding the biomechanics, the sheer importance of strengthening the right way. Isometrics is my go-to, with the focus majorly on lateral neck. But, here's the golden rule: NEVER push to failure. Safety first, always.
