I said I’d do it, and I did it.

63kg ➝ 86kg ➝ 64.8kg 📉📈📉
My body has been through it all, underweight, overweight, and now back to lean & muscular.

Over the years my body has gone through some drastic changes. Every phase came with its own struggles, and none of them were easy.

From February 27th to September 5th 2025 I dropped 16.8kg. I’ve had a lot go on in my life over the last three months, and the last 8 weeks in particular were some of the toughest days I’ve ever had. This is without a doubt the hardest thing I’ve ever done psychologically.

What got me through wasn’t just training or dieting. It was the mindset shift: journaling, mindfulness, and learning true discipline. Those tools didn’t just change my physique, they changed my life.

These photos aren’t just about a body transformation, they’re about growth, resilience, and proving to myself what I can do.

My last transformation at might just be my best yet… and it only took 8 weeks!🔥

came in at 88.6kg, frustrated with how he looked and determined to turn things around. In just 8 weeks he dropped down to 82.3kg and look at him now, dialled in and ready for his brother’s wedding 👏

This wasn’t down to me, this was all him. He showed up every single day, got his steps in, pushed himself to his limits, and disciplined himself with his nutrition. He absolutely smashed it and owes himself all the credit for the work he put in 👊🏼🚀

Most people think they need more motivation.

What they actually need is structure, discipline, and less overthinking.

You’re not always going to feel fired up to train.
You won’t always feel 10/10 dialed in.
That’s normal.

It’s one of the most common questions I get and the honest answer is: it depends on what you put into it.

I’ve had clients lose anywhere from 1kg to 9kg over 6 weeks.
