I said I’d do it, and I did it.
63kg ➝ 86kg ➝ 64.8kg 📉📈📉
My body has been through it all, underweight, overweight, and now back to lean & muscular.
Over the years my body has gone through some drastic changes. Every phase came with its own struggles, and none of them were easy.
From February 27th to September 5th 2025 I dropped 16.8kg. I’ve had a lot go on in my life over the last three months, and the last 8 weeks in particular were some of the toughest days I’ve ever had. This is without a doubt the hardest thing I’ve ever done psychologically.
What got me through wasn’t just training or dieting. It was the mindset shift: journaling, mindfulness, and learning true discipline. Those tools didn’t just change my physique, they changed my life.
These photos aren’t just about a body transformation, they’re about growth, resilience, and proving to myself what I can do.
