Oh What fun we had.... with our naughty elves🎅🏻 and reindeer🦌 dashing through the snow!🤩

Great teamwork, when everyone worked together to design a fun filled Christmas themed obstacle course 😄well done everyone!

RINKA INCLUSIVE, Monaghan and Smithborough this week😘🤗

Check us out !👀we had an absolute ball and our naughty elf came to play tricks on us!🤣🤩 🎅 we had lots of fun and games with Santa's little helpers dropping off the presents in our relay& we weren't long warming up.. great teamwork making shapes🤸‍♂️ and everyone loved our melting snowman tag it had us all in giggles😁🤣

Kids needs are changing so we’re changing too in 2023 💪🏻

We are re-defining our curriculum to ensure children are getting exactly what they need most 💚

✔️ cardiovascular exercise
✔️ resistance exercise
✔️ mental well-being focus

Children who are active, and understand why it’s important for them, are much more likely to continue with exercise into adulthood 🙌

We’re hitting 2023 with a bang and plan to rev up our goals of teaching kids to love their bodies and minds 💕

RINKA INCLUSIVE & Monaghan and Smithborough this week😘🤗

We definitely got into the Christmas spirit!🤩 🎅 follow the leader had us hopping, skipping and jumping our way to energised, warmed up bodies🤸‍♂️

Our animal stories had us all in top form using our major muscle groups from bear walks for our core🐻 to dinosaur lunges for our quads and glutes 🦖, to hopping frogs🐸 and bunnies 🐇🐰

We had a super fun games of sn**ch the snowball & our elf on the shelf came for a visit!🤣🤣 obstacle course was a huge hit!Not forgetting our mindfulness and snow angels at the end i was super impressed!😹Everyone loved it😶‍🌫️

Monaghan & Smithborough were in their element this week!

Everyone was so eager and full of beans🤗🥰😹! we focused on relay races - follow the leader, sn**ch the bacon & match the socks were a huge hit😂🤪 lots of fun in our skills section& animal stories 🦍🐒🐧

Our mindfulness session was so relaxing we introduced mindfulness imagination!

It was so lovely hearing all the stories,everyone was nearly asleep!🥰

✅ Hopping
✅ Coordination.

Matching the socks was our no.1 favourite by far today🤩We had some fantastic tall giraffes eating all the leaves and the best bunny jumps,hops & leaps 🐰🐇🤩I was so proud!🤗Our Ring a ring a Rosie was great for getting us moving and everyone loved falling down!🥰🤣🤣

✅ tailor the class to suit the interests of the group
✅ allow kids to make friendships easier and develop group bonds

We don’t believe in jam-packing our classes. Your child’s experience is way too important for that 🙌

Check us out in Monaghan & Smithborough this week👀🤩 We had an absolute blast!🤗

We set the pace with our circlecise to get our bodies moving fast and warm up our muscles💪😜

Did anyone see our cheeky monkeys...in our animal stories this week?We had so much giggles practicing these!🤣😂🐵🐒

We also managed to save all the carrots,in our super fun bunny game & making shapes with our bodies & scarves was so impressive,great teamwork everyone!😉

We ended with our gymnastics and mindfulness 👏

RINKA Inclusive - RINKA for our friends with special needs 🥰

Join us in Smithboro Community Hall on Friday's 🎉

We have only two spaces at the moment if anyone else would like to join in for the last 2 weeks! 🙌
This class brings the RINKA fun to children who’s needs aren’t met in our existing RINKA classes.
We invite mums, dads or carers to join us as we introduce RINKA to kids with additional needs.
In this class, we work on building and developing skills such as ⭐️Gross and fine motor skills
🏃Locomotive skills
👏Hand eye coordination
🦹‍♀️Strength
🏃‍♂️Agility
💥Flexibility
💓Fitness
👫 Friendships
RINKA Inclusive offers a safe, accepting and fun environment where not only the kids, but parents too can enjoy themselves.
