✅ Choose between 7pm or 8pm classes or 6am or 7am classes
✅ Train 1 or 2 times per week
✅ Workouts include Ladders, EMOM, AMRAP, Tabata, Circuits, Core + plenty of finishers
✅ Miss a class? Complete an online Shred class instead.
✅ All exercises can be adapted for injuries and all fitness levels.
✅ Equipment used: dumbbells, kettlebells, pump bars, MB slams + bodyweight exercises

💥You can do 1 or 2 classes a week

💥Ladder workouts, EMOM, AMRAP, Tabata, Circuits, Core and plenty of finishers

💥If you miss a class you can complete an online Shred class

💥Exercises can be adapted to anyone who has an injury

Client Transformation 💪

This amazing lady, in her 50s, has made an incredible transformation, with a significant 11-inch reduction around her abdomen being the most notable change! 😱

So, what’s the secret? Two gym sessions per week, staying active with daily steps, and, of course, focusing on her nutrition. It's not endless core work, but rather weight training, with a focus on building strength and improving technique.

She absolutely loves her gym sessions, and it’s clear in the intensity and effort she puts in every time she trains.

If you’re working on your fitness and haven’t taken progress photos or measurements, you’re missing out. This client was unsure of her progress, even after seeing the measurements, but when she saw the photos, it made her day! The joy she felt seeing her transformation was priceless😁
