Some decisions in life make us sad & saying goodbye to nearly all of my spin bikes was one of them :-(

End of an era for me & my spinners but I have to do what is right for my family & me at this time.

thanks to everyone who has come to my classes over the past 5/6 years in doohamlet,the bowling alley and in town centre. We lost alot of sweat & had great laughs.

To all of you who were coming recently,keep exercising and keep fit,I'll miss you all.

Using the old playlists is bringing me back to when I was in bowling alley,Doohamlet hall and the shopping centre!

Almost 6 years of Spinning!

That's alot if pedaling.thanks to everyone who has been me in that time.cant say it was always fun but it was always worth it!
