🥋 6 YEARS AGO, EVERYTHING CHANGED… 🥋

Six years ago, a young boy walked through the doors of Na Fianna Martial Arts.

He didn't play sport. He was overweight, struggling with his confidence and getting bullied because of his weight.
Lets fast forward six years…

🥋 Black Belt
🏆 World Champion
⚡ So fast I've nicknamed him Bruce Lee
⚽ And now he's flying in football too!
But the medals and black belt aren't the part I'm most proud of.
💪Fighting shape

I'm proud of the young man he's become.
Martial arts gave him somewhere to belong, something to work towards and most importantly, a reason to start believing in himself.

People sometimes ask me what martial arts can do for a child.

This. This is what it can do. 💚

Never underestimate what can happen when a child finds good people around them and someone who believes in them.
And the best part?
