Mitchelstown Shotokan Karate Club We train in the traditional art of Shotokan Karate Mitchelstown Shotokan Karate Club is affiliated to SKIF Ireland.

The Instructor is Eddie O'Donnell 6th Dan Black Belt and former world champion. Eddie is also a qualified grading officer with S.K.I.F. We train every Wednesday night 7pm to 8pm Mitchelstown leisure centre
