Hey guys, another update! Given that we won't be back in the gym for the foreseeable future (as much as I was hoping we would be). I have made the decision to put a membership plan in place.
Membership to the group will start this Monday 8 June.
PAYG will also be an option.
The New Class Schedule will start on Monday:
Monday - Full Body (60 min) - 6:30pm
Tuesday - Full Body Low Impact (45 min) - 10am
Wednesday - Full Body (60 min) - 6:30pm
Thursday - Full Body Low Impact (45 min) - 10am
Friday - Full Body (45 min) - 6pm
