The problem is never outside of us really, we allow ourselves to be fooled.

We don’t need this much!!!

We are constantly being fed excess—more than we could ever truly use or need. Too much food, too much variety, too much entertainment. Endless TV channels, countless shows, movies that often carry little meaning. We’re told we need to travel more, go somewhere, do more, consume more. We’re flooded with information from people we don’t even know.

But in truth, we need far less.

We need quality—not quantity.
Nourishing food. Fresh air. Clean water.

We need time—real time—with each other and with nature.
Moments of stillness, and moments of full, vibrant action.

We need to truly live.
To listen deeply.
To help others with an open heart.

We need to move, to dance, to sing.
To do things not just for our own comfort, but for the benefit of others.
