Due to a family bereavement, the gym will be closed on Friday.

Members will still have normal access to the gym via the fingerprint 🫆 entry system on the door, so training can continue as usual for all current members.

We appreciate your understanding and support during this difficult time.

The gym will reopen on Saturday and resume normal operating hours.

The “Dead Bug” might look simple, but it’s one of the BEST exercises for improving core stability and protecting your lower back.

The key is keeping your lower back pressed gently into the floor while moving opposite arm and leg slowly under control. This teaches your core to stabilise properly — something many people struggle with during squats, deadlifts, running, and even everyday movement.
