What a night last Saturday on ! 🔥

Our Head Coach stepped up on the prelims and came away with a hard-earned win - the result of a hard training camp. We couldn’t be prouder of the performance he put on.

Massive credit to Ciaran for the work he’s put in, but this one was a real team effort. From the rounds in the gym to the road trip to the show, every member of the team played their part in getting him ready and cheering him on from the corner and the crowd or watching the stream!

Busy weekend last weekend for the team 🔥

We had a crew head to the Irish Open - 8 competing, coming away with 5 golds 🥇 5 silvers 🥈 3 bronze 🥉. Some stellar performances, especially from a few of our competition first-timers who took to the mats after just a few months of training.

Sunday evening, also fought in MMA at the , coming away with a unanimous decision win and showcasing his grappling throughout the fight.

Big congrats to the entire team on their performances and results 👏 we’re super proud of everyone who stepped up regardless of the result

From the kids programme to blue belt, we’ve watched this guy grow up right in front of us - and what a path it’s been! A few years of Rokas being equal parts pest and pride of the gym (more questionable haircuts than we can count)

Behind the laughs and the chaos is a genuinely skilled, tough, and dedicated Jiujitsu player who has shown real resilience through some tough times. He kept turning up. He kept growing.

On June 11 we have the pleasure to host one of europes top black belts Tarik Hopstock for a seminar.

This is Tariks third time visiting us at T45 and his sessions are always top class, this time he’ll be showing us some new details on the now infamous Tarikoplata.
