We had our last class of the term this evening. This was our parent and child class. We started with a warmup for both parent and child. Then we drilled some strikes and followed with some techniques. It was good to see some younger new faces enjoy themselves. We finished with a game that both younger and not as young enjoyed. 😊Thanks again for your support. Kida. Aidan. 🤛👊👊

We had our annual outdoors class this evening. A beautiful warm evening out. We drilled some punch and kick combinations and played some outdoor games. Great fun had by all and plenty of red faces at the finish. Hopefully next week is as nice and we can train outdoors again. Kida. Aidan.

Good turnout to the classes tonight. We practiced some ground work. Breakfalls. Rolls. And fighting from the ground. I think we all learned something new. Last nights class. Juniors and seniors both practiced some drills from chairs. Some chokes and headlocks. It was something new for most. They all performed well 👍 we finished with some games. There were plenty of red faces at the end. 🙂
