NUIM American Flag Football

NUIM American Flag Football Home of the Maynooth Phantoms 2013/2014! Established in October 2010. Our team name is the Maynooth Phantoms.

We are the HQ of Leinster IAFA, affiliate of the IAFL. Flag Football is a non-contact version of American Football, similar to Tag Rugby in how it works. Each player wears velcro flags that opponents aim to remove in order to stop play. Maynooth typically play in 5-a-side format, though other formats are possible. Training for Semester One will take place Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6 - 8pm, North Campus.

Afternoon all, unfortunately due to the severe weather currently battering the country the pitches are waterlogged and we won't be having training tonight. Keep an eye out for more updates about training, upcoming events and all things football.

Alright guys, training is going to start back next week! We will be on all weather pitch on Tuesday from 2-4pm and then on the training pitch from 6-8pm!
