Huge shoutout to our 2 amazing clients Ava Healy and Sean Walsh ๐Ÿ‘

Sean and Ava came to us 12 weeks ago after their holiday in Australia, and the results theyโ€™ve achieved since then have been incredible.

Huge shoutout to Martin ๐Ÿ‘

The work heโ€™s put in over the last few months has been unreal.

Just over 10 weeks ago, Martin was already training with us when we challenged him with something different: a photoshoot.

Josh came to us 12 weeks ago feeling stuck, unmotivated, and unsure where to start. He knew something had to change, but his confidence was low and momentum was nowhere to be found.

Hi !

This holiday season, the B2A team is proud to support the homeless and families in need. We are partnering with Colonel Thomas and his dedicated associates, who continue to make a meaningful impact throughout the city and county.

We are now collecting donations at all B2A Centers in Mallow, Charleville, and Mitchelstown. Items needed include:
๐ŸŽ Non-perishable food
๐ŸŽ New toys
๐ŸŽ Christmas treats, biscuits, and sweets
๐ŸŽ Supermarket vouchers (Tesco, Dunnes, etc.)
๐ŸŽ Store vouchers (Smyths, Penneys, McDonaldโ€™s, Supermacs, etc.)

Even the smallest donation can make a big difference. The last day to drop off items is Monday, December 22nd, after which Conal will personally distribute everything to those in need.

As part of our efforts, we are also running a charity raffle open to the public. Participants can donate for a chance to win 12 months free in our 12 Week Transformation Challenge Program.

**Inspiration Post**

Leon Crowley has been with us for a year and a half, and in that time, he has undergone an incredible transformation, losing 15 stone! He is a true inspiration, showing whatโ€™s possible when you commit to change and take action.
