🚨 NEW INSTAGRAM PAGE 🚨

Unfortunately, our previous Instagram page was removed by Meta due to “community guideline rules”, but we have not been given a clear or genuine reason as to why.

After years of building that page and keeping our members updated, it is obviously very frustrating — but we are moving forward.

Our new official Instagram page is now:

Huge thanks to all our members for the continued patience and support while we’ve been upgrading and developing the club — we appreciate you all.

We’ve still one more plate-loaded machine on the way before the upgrades are officially complete… and we’ve got several more announcements coming very soon across other areas of the gym 👀

Once everything is fully in and set, we’ll be hosting an Open Weekend — but in the meantime, you’re more than welcome to pop in and check the place out anytime!

Happy New Year from all of us at The Lions Den Mallow 🎉

To every member and local who supported us through 2025 — thank you. Last year was a big one for us. Between the building work, upgrades and renovations, there were weeks where the place looked (and felt) like a full-time construction site, and you still showed up, trained hard, and backed what we’re building here at The Lion’s Den Mallow. We genuinely appreciate it.

Now it’s 2026, and we’re coming into it with fresh energy and a clear focus: a better training experience, a smoother gym floor, and more value for every member who walks through the doors.

This carousel is a quick look at what’s changing and what’s coming — including new equipment landing soon, regular bring-a-friend weekends, beginner support sessions and a few operational updates designed to make peak hours better for everyone.

And one reminder we’d love to set the tone with this January: please be kind. The gym gets busy this time of year, and lots of people are stepping into the gym for the first time in a long time (or ever). A smile, a bit of patience, offering someone a quick “you’re doing great” or sharing a machine goes a long way. We want this place to feel welcoming, supportive, and maintain its high standards — for beginners and veterans alike.

If you have any questions about the changes, message us or grab one of the team in the gym. We’re here to help you start properly and stay consistent.
