Happy 60th Anniversary to the ITF! Today we celebrate the founding of the International Taekwon-Do Federation by General Choi Hong Hi on March 22nd 1966 in Seoul, South Korea. After moving the HQ to Toronto in 1972, General Choi moved to Vienna, Austria in 1985 where the ITF HQ still resides. We join the millions of Taekwon-Do practitioners around the world in celebrating this momentous occasion.
