Crossfit82 We are a strength & conditioning training facility located in Newberry, Mallow. We run new Group Crossfit Classes for all levels of fitness every month!

Timetable:

Mon to Fri
6.30am, 10.30am, 5.30pm, 6.30pm, 7.30pm

Saturday
9.30am, 10.30am

Sunday:
10am, 11am

Membership Rates:
€100 - 6 days per week
€80 - 3 days per week

Spring is here and the gym is BUZZING 🐝❤️‍🔥

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE, some classes are now FULLY BOOKED due to high demand:

✅ CF Kids Class - FULL
✅ Teens Classes - FULL
✅ Strength for Seniors - FULL
✅ Evening CrossFit Classes (5pm–7pm slots) FULL
(Wait lists in place for each of the above, if you want to get on it)

BUT… good news 👇

We still have some availability in the following sessions:

⭐ 6:30AM CrossFit (perfect for early birds)
⭐ 10:00AM CrossFit (perfect if you're not an early bird)
⭐ Saturday morning classes (best vibe of the week❤️‍🔥)

💥 HYROX sessions are PAYG €15, pre-book is essential.

Our members, Dawn and Brendan Fleming are part of the fundraising committee for the construction of the new running track and sportsfield in Bweeng, they are holding an OPEN GARDEN FUNDRAISER in their garden next Saturday, 19th July, from 1 - 5pm 🌺

Please call and support if you can and bring the kids for some face painting 🌈

This sports facility will be a great resource for all of North Cork when completed.

Our summer schedule is live @ CrossFit82! ☀️

We’re a strength and conditioning facility based in Newberry, Mallow — proudly catering to all fitness levels, from complete beginners to experienced athletes, and also includes Teens & Kids.

Our weekly timetable includes 30+ coached classes, offering strength, cardio, and Pilates classes to give you a well-rounded, sustainable training experience.

All sessions are led by certified coaches, and our summer schedule is now open for PAYG at just €15 per class.

CrossFit82 is a private gym members club based in Mallow that offers more than just your typical gym experience; we are a functional fitness centre that inspires growth, both physically and mentally.

We coach functional fitness for all levels.
From complete beginner to competitive athlete - your training needs can be achieved!

Membership is currently open, with limited spaces available.

Membership options @ CrossFit82:
🔹️8 credits €80 p.m/ €10 per class
🔹️12 credits €90 p.m/ €7.50 per class
🔹️20 credits €110p.m/ €5.50 per class
🔹️30 credits €120p.m/ €4.00 per class

Credits can be used toward any class on our weekly timetable and can be a mix of CrossFit, Hyrox & Pilates classes, to establish a well-balanced weekly exercise routine.

Pilates classes open to members & non-members 💫🧘

Stretch your way to a better lifestyle!
Pilates is an extremely safe and effective exercise programme conceived and designed to restore optimal alignment and movement patterns.

It focuses on correct functioning of the core postural muscles which help keep the spine correctly aligned, as well as working on the strength, mobility and flexibility of the whole body.

Pilates is a functional form of exercise, in that it was created with health benefits in mind, to enable you to live your life in the best physical condition and with a deep sense of wellbeing.

With regular practice, muscle imbalances responsible for poor posture will be corrected, the main cause of many health issues such as back problems, joint degeneration, headaches and injuries in general.

The level of focus and concentration required to breathe and perform the exercises correctly makes Pilates a mind/body form of exercise, improving body awareness, along with reducing stress and improving mood.

It has become one of the most popular forms of exercise, not only improving the shape of the body and posture, but for a whole host of other health benefits too, both mental and physical.

As imbalances in the body, partnered with habitual patterns of movement can cause injuries, regular Pilates is recommended by doctors and back care specialists as a form of rehab following back problems, as well as a way of preventing them.
