🧦 Struggling with pronation or ankle pain?
Training the big toe and arch helps build foot stability and reduce pain.

Try these simple exercises with a rolled-up sock:
1️⃣ Big Toe Press: Place the sock roll under your big toe joint. Press down gently to lift the arch. Hold 10–20 seconds, repeat 5 times.
2️⃣ Ankle Balance: Stand with the sock roll under your arch. Slowly shift weight side to side to find balance. Hold 5 seconds, repeat 10 times.

Do daily for better foot balance! 🦢πŸ’ͺ
