My name is Zuzanna and I am qualified personal trainer 4 years now. I’ve worked with many people the past few years and met so many different personalities.
I love helping all generation with any type of goal they want also to help everyone with their new fitness journey.
I am very passionate about this industry as of myself I do bikini bodybuilding and compete in many countries I recently done one of the biggest shows in Europe Arnold Classic and took home the overall champion there as well as placing in junior and senior category as well took the overall champion in Ireland of course there is many more to come as this is only the start of my career.
I make myself and my surroundings very proud..

My plan forward is to help each one of you to be able to make yourself proud and happy in your own body be confident, teach and show you that you can genuinely enjoy healthy lifestyle.

BTeam Fitness’ brand new transformation course will be commencing on the 1st of September.
The Transformation Course will be suitable for every individual, regardless of their current fitness level.
The course is designed to target and place focus on maximum fat burn over a period of 6 weeks, with each week consisting of 3 sessions being held at 5pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
- Each session will last 60 minutes
- Pictures taken before and after the 6 week period
- Weight and body composition will be monitored throughout the 6 week period
- Each individual will receive a personalised macronutrients and supplement plan by a fully qualified nutritionist
- 24/7 support for any queries

There are only 10 slots available for this course.

First at all we would like to congratulate our amazing athlete for winning two shows recently and adding 4 x🥇🥇🥇🥇to our collection. First show was I Limerick where Vicki competed in two categories and winning them bought. Two weeks later another show I Cork at winning another two categories. It is an amazing achievement and we are delighted to have such an amazing athlete representing our Gym. We delighted to announce that you have earned yourself a Lifetime Membership in our Gym. We are happy to introduce our new more affordable price list for 2022.
Please find our new price list as above.
From now on there will no longer be extra charge for Classes from our class timetable , they’ll be included in the regular gym membership. Family discount applied as follows:
Family of 2 : 80€ a month
Family of 3 : 100€ a month
Family of 4 : 120€ a month

Our first new transmission class starting on Monday 10th of January. Class will be suitable for everyone regardless of fitness level , designed for the maximum fat burn
Class will be run 3 times a week.Every Monday,Wednesday and Friday at 6 PM
There will be only 10 slots available
How is that gonna work?
💥 Pictures will be taken before the class, after 3 weeks and after completing the 6 weeks class
💥Wight and body composition will be checked before and after completing 6 weeks class .
💥Individual Macronutrients and supplements plan will be given to each client written by fully qualified nutritionist
💥24 h support
💥1 Month free Membership will be given to the person which will make best transformation.
Cost is as follow:
Gym members: 300€
Non members: 375€
