What an absolutely incredible day! ☘️💃 We didn’t let the weather dampen our spirits one bit—children, teachers, assistants, and even some amazing parents danced their way through the streets of Macroom with energy, smiles, and pure joy!

A massive THANK YOU to everyone who came along—you brought the magic, and we hope you had the best time with your dance family ❤️

To our wonderful volunteers—today simply wouldn’t have been possible without you. Your support means everything to us, and we’re so grateful for each and every one of you 🙌

And of course, shoutout to Moon Balloon, our DJ, and our van driver—you are absolute stars! ⭐🎶

With just 4 days to go until our 'Reach For The Stars' production at Cork Opera House, the excitement is building and the hard work continues—these kids are unstoppable!

Please find information below. If you did not receive a wristband at class please find the volunteer with your allocated colours and we can give you them then. 🍀

Drop-Off Times
Black – 2:45pm
Saturday: 12pm, 1pm, 2pm

Blue – 2:45pm
Wednesday 5pm, Friday 5:30pm

Purple – 3:00pm
Friday 4:15pm, Wednesday 4:15pm, Friday 3:45pm

Green – 3:10pm
Saturday 10:30am, Saturday 11:15am, Thursday 4:15pm / 5pm / 5:45pm
(If your child also attends dance, they will go with the dance group.)

Grey – 3:20pm (Parents must walk alongside this group)
Monday 4:15pm, Monday 4:45pm, Wednesday 3:30pm, Thursday 3:30pm, Saturday 9am, Saturday 9:45am

Collection
📍 Astro Turf, Castle Grounds

Please do not take children before the collection point. Volunteers will call each child individually to go home with their guardian. We recommend one person only for collection due to large crowds.

Just a quick reminder that rehearsal emails for **Monday 9th** have already been sent. Please take a moment to **check your email carefully and note your assigned rehearsal time**.

We have an amazing **260 students taking part**, which is incredibly exciting! 🎉 It also means there are a lot of moving parts to organise, so it’s really important that everyone **reads their emails and arrives at the correct time**.

Your cooperation helps everything run smoothly and ensures the rehearsals are enjoyable and productive for everyone involved.

We are thrilled to be celebrating the dance school’s **9th birthday**! Time truly does fly — it feels like only yesterday that the doors first opened, and I could never have imagined just how far the school would grow.

What began with just **three classes on a Saturday morning** has flourished into a vibrant community — and incredibly, some of those very first students are still dancing with us today.

The school now proudly offers **Ballet, Modern, and Gymnastics**, with a total of **24 classes running throughout the week**, and we are excited to be preparing for our **second Opera House production this March**.

A heartfelt thank you to all the **students, parents, and teachers**, past and present, who have been part of this journey. Your passion, dedication, and continued support have made the school what it is today — and the best is yet to come 💜✨️

Weekend 1 of Pantomime complete! 💜

A massive well done to the entire cast of Goldilocks and the Three Bears.

I’ve had the absolute pleasure of choreographing this year’s show, and it’s been wonderful to see so many local children involved.

Our company class was invited back to perform again this year. They’ve been practising so hard, and wow — they looked incredible on that stage. I couldn’t be prouder of you girls. Well done! ✨
