Hey! We’re super excited to be rolling out an experiment where we help people transform their bodies online. Its more cost effective than in-person training, which is cool too.

We are charging to be part of this experimental group (hey, we gotta eat too) but It’ll be much cheaper than when we roll this out fully soon.

lifters and lifted at the AIPO TESTED Nationals in yesterday. It was a first Comp for Yvonne and she managed to break 2 national records. And Ger had some Pb’s and another medal to add to her collection.

🎄Grilled Lamb Chops with Christmas Season Vegetables, Perfect Recipe For The Festive Season.

Ingredients: (Serves 4 People) 👫👫

8 lamb chops (2 per person)
3 tbsp olive oil,
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tsp smoked paprika,
4 medium carrots,
(450g) Brussels sprouts,
2 parsnips,
8 Sweet Potatoes
Salt and black pepper
(seasoning to your liking)

Step 1: Prepare the Vegetables

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place carrots, brussels sprouts, sweet potato, and parsnips on a baking tray. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until caramelized and tender.

Step 2: Grill the Lamb Chops

Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Grill lamb chops for about 3-4 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the cut for medium-rare or longer if preferred. Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Serve:

Plate 2 lamb chops per person alongside a portion of roasted Christmas vegetables.
