Lovely walk today along the Roosky Loop, in the Cooleys. Ideal day for walking along country roads, lanes and ancient country tracks. Finished off with a cup of coffee and toasted sandwich in Charlotte's cafe. Left with a couple of books from her take one leave one library.

New year new route Slieve Martin via the Ulster way the Red bog and Slievemaskin.13Kilometers over 700M accent. Started in bright sunshine and got back to the coffee shop 10min before the downpour. Great day all round.

Wonderful day for a walk along the Boyne Ramparts Heritage Walk . Started in Navan , walked as far as Ardmulchan and back. The walk goes from Navan to Slane, 8km one way
Not a walk to be rushed and keep an eye out for the otters.
