Staying fit and healthy has always been part of my life from a very young age, which led me to develop my passion into a career. I have a BScHons in Sports Science, I am a fully qualifed Gym and Fitness Instructor, Pliates Mat Advanced Instructor, Children's Pilates Instructor. I am also a Swim Instructor and RLSS Lifeguard Trainer Assessor and Basic First Aid Instructor. Gymnastics Coach and many

other coaching awards under my belt. There aren't many sports that I haven't tried out at some stage! I am first aid qualified, Garda vetted and up to date with child protection certificate. I am a Mum to three active little ladies, who love exercising with me. We make it fun through games and challenges. I want to incorporate kids activities to the timetable with Gymnastics and Teen Gym, with more to come. Not only is phyiscal activity important for the body but also for the mind, to give a focus, a means of escape.
