Look no further! Our latest internship is kicking off!

You don’t need a certain level of experience or knowledge just a keen interest in getting involved in coaching and all aspects of Strength and Conditioning,

All training will be provided as you go and we work with you on a gradual basis to get you fully immersed! This is a full coaching role where you will be 90% hands on coaching and learning on the gym floor!

Don’t be shy in getting in touch pop us over a message is as simple as you need to do to get the ball rolling!

Sprinting is not straight up and down,

Rotation internally and externally is a vital part of running,

In early steps of a sprint the hip of the front leg rises and rotates internally with the foot on that leg rotating outwards.

This shortens the distance between the same side hip and shoulder while creating more length between the push side leg and hip,

This actions creates a coiling motion from side to side,

Those that coach aspects of S&C teaching everything to the strict and inline and not allowing rotation are missing a huge aspect of force generation and speed!
