We back in again this Saturday at 11am 🤼‍♂️🥊 come in and join us for some light Thai boxing sparring and Brazilian Jiu jitsu. All skill levels and beginners welcome 😁 If you have a gum shield make sure to bring it !

The first session for Open mat is next Saturday at 11am. Would be great to get a load of different people from the community for a couple of rounds to relieve stress 😁👊 plenty of spaces open for just €5 for the hour.

Hoping to have our first session some time in July in Force Fitness. Pricing will be about €5 for the hour but if we get a good crowd attending it would be even less than that per person 👊
