Looking for something active, structured and confidence-building for your child this summer?
Our Kids Kickboxing Summer Programme at Monarch BJJ starts June 2nd and is beginner-friendly for ages 7–13.
Over 3 months, kids will practise focus, coordination, fitness, discipline and confidence through safe, structured training.
Classes:
Tuesdays & Thursdays — 17:00
Saturdays — 11:00
Beginner options:
€130 — Beginner Pack (includes gloves, shin pads and mouth guard) + first month included
€250 — Full Summer Programme + Beginner Pack
Limited to 15 spots.

Kids K1 Kickboxing Summer Camp is coming to Monarch BJJ! 🥊☀️
Starting June 2nd, 2026, we’re running a fun and confidence-building summer camp for kids aged 7–13.
Classes will run for 3 months:
📍 Tuesdays & Thursdays — 17:00 - 18:00�📍 Saturdays — 11:00 - 12:00
Perfect for beginners, our camp helps kids build confidence, improve fitness, learn discipline, and have fun while training in a safe and supportive environment.
Beginner’s Pack Offer:�🥊 €130 — shin guards, gloves, mouthguard + first month included�🥊 €250 — Beginner’s Pack + full summer camp
Training-only option:�€80 per month or €200 for 3 months

Huge congratulations to Victor , who was our only competitor at ADCC last Saturday.
Victor had an amazing performance, winning two matches by rear naked choke and one by armbar. He only lost in the semi-finals in a very close match, by just two points.
An incredible result — we’re very proud of him and want to congratulate Victor on taking third place in his devision!

Massive thanks to Pete Foley at Black dragon Galway and his fighters for hosting a sparring session this morning in there gym, Fantastic rounds,work and knowledge taken for lads competing in a few weeks, savage talent up there and we will definitely be back over soon 🙏🐺

Our 2 lads Michael minogue and Michael Nolan have been selected to represent Ireland in Madrid in November at the world championships 🌎🏆, we set up this go fund me to help towards getting these 2 warriors closer to there goal at competing on a world stage representing there country, let’s get these lads 2 Madrid 🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪
