All Lightning Legs' classes are based on a fun filled 45 minute session of physical activity, focusing on the Fundamental Movement Skills needed to participate in sport. Gross motor skills developed at an early age are the foundations which your child will build on in the future. Through active participation in our Lightning Legs' classes, your child will discover, explore and refine their gross m
otor skills. Almost all of the games and activities we will play will focus on group movement. Our classes take place in Loughlinstown Community Rooms every Saturday morning:
2 – 3 yrs from 9am to 9.45am
3 – 4 yrs from 10am to 10.45am
4 – 6 yrs from 11am to 11.45am

Every class is designed and delivered by our two fully trained professionals Coach Eamonn and Coach Kellie. Our Lightning Legs' classes are designed to introduce children to physical activity and sport from the youngest age possible. We make this introduction to physical activity in a warm, safe, encouraging environment; free from the pressure of competitive activities and fear of failure for the children. At Lightning Legs, our main aim is to help children make the connection between participating in exercise and feeling good while having lots of fun, interacting and building relationships with their friends and peers. A unique aspect of our Lightning Legs' classes is the energy and enthusiasm which our coaches bring to the classes. Both Coach Eamonn and Coach Kellie have a genuine passion for working with children, which is evident to see in every class. Coach Eamonn has over ten years coaching experience while Coach Kellie is a National School Teacher.
